Since 1978, Premiere Products, Inc. has developed and marketed advanced products for the health care, hair replacement, medical, make-up and special effects industries. PPI is registered with the FDA to manufacture over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and follows all industry and governmental guidelines for responsible manufacturing, thus ensuring the highest quality and safety.

Telesis Research Group, a division of Premiere Products, Inc., was created for the medical and health care industries and is designed specifically for skin contact. PPI products are listed in "Cosmetic Industry on Call", a publication distributed to approximately 9,000 physicians who are members of the American Academy of Dermatology. This listing allows physicians and professionals to immediately obtain detailed product information regarding ingredients, instructions, safety and efficacy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY. Shipping restrictions may apply. Additional shipping fees may apply. All international sales will include a DG (Dangerous Goods) shipping fee. If your order does not include DG items, the will be waived before your credit card is charged. Please note that once your order is submitted, your credit card is NOT charged until after the order is processed. Please allow eight to ten business days for your order to ship. PPI is NOT responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by international shipping. All taxes and duties required will be the responsibility of the recipient.

DOMESTIC SALES

Please note: Any cosmetic or skin care item may only be returned for credit or exchange if unused. Cosmetics and skin care may not be returned or exchanged once used or opened.
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

Products can only be shipped to countries that regularly accept DG (class 9 dangerous goods. un# ID8000) Import shipments.

RETURN POLICY/REFUNDS

Due to the high cost of shipping, we cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges for international orders. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any adhesives. All other requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We only accept refunds on unused product only.
